We offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom, with no additional shipping charges.  

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes approximately 8–10 business days, giving an estimated total delivery time of 9–12 business days.  

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives and contact us at info@everdenliving.com before returning anything.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, Everden Living will cover the return or replacement costs. Please send us clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility. Items must be unused, uninstalled and returned in their original packaging. Our customer care team will provide the return instructions and approved return address. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

This fitting is intended for hardwired indoor installation and should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local regulations.  

Always isolate the electrical supply before installation, cleaning or maintenance. Clean only when switched off and fully cool, using a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive or chemical cleaners.
